Project Registration

โครงการที่จะผ่านการพิจารณาให้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นโครงการ T-VER ต้องผ่านหลักเกณฑ์การขึ้นทะเบียนทั้ง 6 ข้อ ดังนี้

1. ดำเนินกิจกรรมของโครงการเป็นไปตามกฎหมายหรือระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีการดำเนินงานสอดคล้องตามแนวทางการพัฒนาโครงการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกภาคสมัครใจตามมาตรฐานของประเทศไทย (T-VER)
2. มีการดำเนินงานเข้าข่ายโครงการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกที่ไม่ต้องพิสูจน์ส่วนเพิ่มเติม (Positive List) หรือมีการดำเนินงานเพิ่มเติมจากการดำเนินงานตามปกติ (Additionality) ตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่คณะกรรมการ อบก. กำหนด
3. สอดคล้องกับระเบียบวิธีลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกภาคสมัครใจ (T-VER Methodology) ตามที่คณะกรรมการ อบก. กำหนด
4. ประเมินศักยภาพการลดหรือกักเก็บก๊าซเรือนกระจกของโครงการเป็นไปตามระเบียบวิธีลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกภาคสมัครใจ (T-VER Methodology)
5. ต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบความใช้ได้ (Validation) จากผู้ประเมินภายนอกสำหรับโครงการภาคสมัครใจ ที่ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนจากคณะกรรมการ อบก.
6. ใช้วิธีการติดตามผล และรายงานการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกตามระเบียบวิธีลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกภาคสมัครใจ (T-VER Methodology)

Requesting registration for the T-VER project, the project developer must prepare project documentation as specified. TGO requires that projects be verified by Validation and Verification Body: VVB. Then, the project developer submits documents to TGO to request registration as a T-VER project as follows:

Revocation of registration of the T-VER project

• TGO can revoke the registration of the T-VER project when it is found that the project's activities violate relevant laws or regulations.
• TGO can revoke the registration of a T-VER project when the project does not conduct a greenhouse gas emissions reduction project within 2 years after being registered as a project.
• Project developers can request cancellation of T-VER project registration at any time.
• In the case that the project developer wishes to take the already registered T-VER project to register as a greenhouse gas reduction project with other mechanisms or standards, the project developer must revoke the project registration within 30 business days after receiving the registration. Already registered with another mechanism or standard or has sent a letter notifying the cancellation of the T-VER project to the TGO before registering the project with another mechanism or standard.
• Person who informs TGO which is false. TGO reserves the right to proceed in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws.

• In the case of the committee TAO revoked the registration of the T-VER project. The project developer or project owner can file an appeal within 30 working days from the date of notification.
