Prepare a Monitoring Report (MR)

Project developers can prepare monitoring report: MR. For request certification during any period under the credit period. Project developers must not request more than one certification of Carbon Credits (TCERs) for the amount of greenhouse gases reduced during the same monitoring period.

Monitoring Report consists of

  • Part 1 Monitoring on project performance
  • Part 2 Calculating the Greenhouse Gas Reduction from the Project
  • Document appendix / supporting evidence

Part 1 Monitoring on project performance

The project developer shall detail the results of the project during the period of approval in the report. Such as project implementation status, the amount of greenhouse gases previously certified, changes to project details, tracking and non-tracking parameters

Part 2 Calculating the Greenhouse Gas Reduction from the Project

The project developer shall show the actual emission reduction calculation based on the information stored in accordance with the equation specified in the registered PDD. In the case of using more than one methodology, the calculations are classified according to the methodology and the calculation results are displayed separately by calendar year.

In addition, the project developer must compare the certified GHG emissions with the estimated estimates. (The numbers indicated in the PDD.) Compared to the same period of time, such as 10 months, 1 year, etc., and specify the reason for the difference in such values.

Document appendix / supporting evidence

Project developers attach relevant documents or evidence along with sending Excel files showing calculations with calculation data.
