(a) Project type number 1-12 and number 13, only activities to reduce methane or nitrous oxide from agriculture are valid for five years according to the crediting period specified in the PDD and can be renewed twice. The crediting period shall be after the crediting period specified in the PDD.
(b) Projects for the reduction, absorption, and storage of greenhouse gases from the forestry and agriculture sectors and projects for capture, storage and/or utilization of greenhouse gases are valid for fifteen years according to the crediting period specified in the PDD unless in case of the greenhouse gas reduction methodology stipulates a crediting period, must be used in accordance with the methodology and can be renewed twice which, starting date for crediting period in renewal project is set to be the next day from the end of the project crediting period specified in the PDD.
Programme of Activities (PoA) shall be a period of the project framework as follows:
(a) Project type number 1-12 and number 13, only activities to reduce methane or nitrous oxide from agriculture; There shall be a period of twenty-year project framework from the starting date of crediting period for the CPA 1
(b) Projects for the reduction, absorption, and storage of greenhouse gases from the forestry and agriculture sectors and projects for capture, storage and/or utilization of greenhouse gases; There shall be a period of sixty-year project framework from the starting date of crediting period for the CPA 1
Component Project Activities (CPA) under the Programme of Activities (PoA) has a due date as follows:
(a) Project type number 1-12 and number 13, only activities to reduce methane or nitrous oxide from agriculture are valid for five years according to the crediting period specified in the CPA-DD and can be renewed twice. The crediting period shall be after the crediting period specified in the CPA-DD.
(b) Projects for the reduction, absorption, and storage of greenhouse gases from the forestry and agriculture sectors and projects for capture, storage and/or utilization of greenhouse gases must have a due date follow the crediting period that the greenhouse gas reduction methodology stipulates for the crediting period. If the methodology does not have a crediting period; due date is valid for fifteen years according to the crediting period. The total project due date must not exceed sixty years. There shall be a crediting period after the crediting period specified in the project design document.
